    Did you ever wonder why he died like he did?

    There are many of us who served, who would wonder why everyone “thanks us for our service.” Ira like I am one of the lucky ones who came home alive and whole. Is it so much to ask to be left alone Ken? There is no glory in bringing up the memories of friends lost and visions of what had happened. We live it each day of our lives. Some of us can set it aside and some of us can not.

    Ira never died in peace because he relived every moment he lived then.
